Zeal ME Values: Accountability
The advertising/marketing field is well known for different levels of accountability.
Big clients who spend 7 or 8 figures, get lots of attention and follow-through. Smaller clients can get lost in the shuffle. It has been called the play for pay scenario and it favors the big guys.
Accountability is a core Zeal ME value.
If anyone under this firm's umbrella says they are going to do something, it will get done. It sounds almost silly - like we're grasping for straws. Gee, they're going to do what they said the would (yawn?). But anyone who has been left out "in the cold" by an agency that was called away for a big spender emergency ... knows it all too well.
A company I worked for years ago was left out in the cold when our agency "re-prioritized" our project - already in progress. We were stunned that they could do that do us ... and then that they would.
The 140 Character World is transparent. If we say we are going to so something ... we will do it.
