Zeal ME Values:  Humility
Since I was a kid, I've been taken by teachers, coaches, bosses, etc. - who make others feel stupid for not knowing something that comes so easy to them.

Remember the gym teacher who devoured smart kids struggling to climb the rope?  Or the English professor dethroning jocks who couldn't conjugate verbs?

Those kids grow-up to be the IT tech who chastises you for not knowing your DNS ... or the plumber who smirks at your backwards installed disposal.  Feels really good forking over your money to them, doesn't it?

The culture at Zeal ME is one of humility.

We built a "No-Judgment" zone for a health club client ... and the same mantra applies for the firm.

Even if we have more practice with marketing, you are obviously a successful business person who will never be made to feel like you "missed the boat" if you've never written a marketing strategy or built a Facebook fan page.

Great coaches and mentors love to pass along their experience and see their pupils build on that knowledge.

I know ... because I've had some amazing teachers, mentors and clients.  Yes:  clients.  Learning from a client is one of the most rewarding aspects of being a consultant, and a core element of the Zeal ME culture.

If you visit my office - or that of my Zeal ME colleagues:  you won't see a wall draped with awards, honors and plaques - touting any greatness.  We've won our share of hardware, but we feel silly plastering it around the office.

My awards grace the walls of my garage.  It's a great way to remember how much I love what I'm doing everyday on the way out the door ... and on the way home.
