Why do I need a Marketing Strategy?
The marketing process is a type of journey: You're staring HERE, but need to get THERE.
The marketing strategy is a loaded GPS: Step by step directions using the most efficient route available. All the turns, challenges and possibilities are laid out from above.
You'll take fewer wrong turns, waste less time (resources) in traffic and always know exactly where your going.
Come to think of it ... How did we ever get by without a GPS?
One of the best reasons to have a marketing strategy is that it gives you free reign to ask the question, "Why?"
As in ... Why Are We Doing This?
If the answer is anything except Because It's Part of the Strategic Plan ... Then you can continue to ask "Why?."
The more you ask "Why," the more focused your effort becomes.
